Two Men Flogged Mercilessly In Public For Stealing Chickens (Photos)

Two men have been severely dealt with after they were caught stealing chickens. The incident which happened recently in the western part of Nigeria, saw the accused men, flogged mercilessly after being paraded with the stolen animals in public. They were held down and flogged to served as a deterrent to others. Watch video below:
