Added to that, the feud between Mourinho and Pogba has gradually escalated in the last week, with no resolution between the two in sight.

Rumours that Zinedine Zidane has been keen on taking over at Old Trafford are not new but seems as though the former Real Madrid manager has now stepped up that interest.

The ‘Sun’ claim that he has started taking English lessons, so that he will be able to communicate sufficiently should he be called upon by Man Utd to take over from Jose Mourinho.
