Nigeria is located in West Africa and has a total area of 356,669 square meters making her the 32nd largest country in the world. The landscape is beautiful as much as it is blessed with natural resources across all parts of the nation.
The Food:
From Tuwo shinkafa, in the North, Nkwobi in the South East and Ikokore in the West, Nigeria is blessed with numerous spices, vegetables and delicacies.
The Music:
Style of music ranges from traditional folk music to afrobeat to popular music. Nigerian music is rich in its message, sounds and dance steps, some of which have been adopted in other parts of the world.
The Film Industry:
In 2015 according to Aljazeera, the Nigerian film industry known as Nollywood was priced at $5billion making it the second largest in the world after Bollywood. Our movies continue to make huge strides in the global market and Nigerian actors from home and in the diaspora are getting the deserved recognition for their talents.
The People:
Nigeria is Africa’s most populous country. A nation with almost 200 million citizens with diverse ethnic groups and many indigenous languages, Nigerians embrace their culture and reach cultural heritage.
