Kanye West was spotted in LA on Saturday rocking a red hair colour as he emerged from a building with plenty of security behind. This was his first public appearance after he was caught in a drive-by shooting scare while filming a new music video with rappers Tekashi69 and Nicki Minaj on Thursday November 8th
