#Election2019: ”We Reconvene by 11 am” – INEC Chairman
The Independent National Electoral Commission chairman, Professor Mahmud Yakubu has officially opened the Presidential Election Collation Center at the International Conference Center, Abuja. Professor Yakubu adjourned the declaration of results to 11am on Monday 25th of February, citing the non-arrival of State Returning Officers.
